Barricoat

• Water-based, asphalt emulsion modified with a blend of synthetic rubbers and special additives
• When sprayed forms a monolithic, highly flexible waterproofing and vapor retardant membrane
• Can be applied to concrete, CMU, wood and/or metal
• Available in a single coat spray application (Barricoat-S) or a double reinforced roller applied system (Barricoat-R)
